KNOWLEDGE BASE & FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Learn everything about getting set up, local Bahrain compliance, BENEFIT payment handling, and automated tenant screening.

How does rent collection with BENEFIT and Fawri+ work?

Tenanty generates an encrypted, direct invoice link for each tenant sent via WhatsApp or email. Tenants tap the link on their mobile device and authorize the payment in seconds through BenefitPay / Fawri+ or debit card. The funds settle directly into your bank account, and the system automatically matches the transaction and marks the invoice as Paid in real time.

How is the 3-Pillar Tenant Credit Score calculated?

Tenanty's credit scoring engine evaluates tenant performance on a scale from 300 to 850 using three clear components: 50% On-Time Payment Settlement, 30% Overdue Cleanliness (penalizing active overdue invoices), and 20% Rent Collection Ratio. It also dynamically simulates future payment behavior, displaying the exact points a tenant gains (+18 pts) or loses (-87 pts) on their upcoming invoice.

Are electronic contracts legally recognized in the Kingdom of Bahrain?

Yes. Tenanty contracts and e-signatures strictly adhere to the Bahrain Electronic Communications and Transactions Law (Decree Law No. 54 of 2018). Each signed contract contains a cryptographic audit trail, IP verification, and timestamp suitable for official municipal registration and electricity (EWA) transfers.

Can I import my existing buildings and tenants from Excel?

Yes. Tenanty includes a built-in CSV/Excel migration tool. You can upload your current rent roll, tenant contacts, CPR numbers, and active lease dates in one batch. Our Bahrain support team also offers free white-glove onboarding for portfolios of 20+ units.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You can test all Tenanty features risk-free for 14 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose from our transparent monthly or yearly plans (Starter, Professional, or Business) or request custom enterprise limits. Your data is always securely preserved.
