Tenanty Technologies W.L.L. ("Tenanty", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data collected through our software platform and website. This policy complies with Law No. 30 of 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Bahrain PDPL").

2. Information We Collect

To provide property management, tenant credit scoring, digital lease creation, and automated invoicing services, we collect:

• Account registration information (name, email address, mobile number, organization details).
• Tenant identity documents including Central Population Registry (CPR) number and passport details where required by tenancy regulations.
• Transaction records and payment settlement identifiers via BENEFIT and Fawri+.
• Contractual lease terms and property unit addresses.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data strictly to manage tenant accounts, generate valid electronic lease agreements, compute objective tenant credit scores, reconcile rent payments, and route maintenance tickets. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Security & Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 (256-bit encryption) and encrypted at rest in high-availability, ISO 27001-certified cloud infrastructure. Access to customer data is governed by strict role-based controls and audit logging.
