By registering for or using Tenanty software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tenanty Technologies W.L.L. in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Tenanty offers a 14-day free trial for property owners and managers. Following the trial, continued access requires an active subscription under the Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise tiers. All fees are denominated and billed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless specified otherwise.
Lease agreements and notices executed via Tenanty are governed by Decree Law No. 54 of 2018 (Bahrain Electronic Communications and Transactions Law). Users confirm that digital signatures captured through the service possess the full legal validity of wet-ink signatures.
Users must ensure that all property details, rental amounts, and tenant identification numbers (CPR) submitted to the platform are accurate, lawful, and authorized by the respective property owners or legal tenants.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
